Hints and tips:
Carry the yarn at the back of your work, making sure not to pucker the fabric, if the yarn is carried over more than 4 sts, you can always just catch the strand every 4/5 sts. There are many tutorials online which show you how to do this.
At some points in the pattern, there are different options (eg. the sleeves) which you can take, these are only suggestions, feel free to improvise on these parts if needed!
Special Stitches:
Fptr dec: yo, insert hook into front post of next st, yo, pull through, yo, pull through 2 loops, skip next st, rep from to once, yo pull through all loops on hook.
Fpdtr2tog: yo twice, insert hook into front post of next st, yo, pull through, (yo, pull through 2 loops) twice (leave remaining loops on hook), rep from to once, yo, pull through all loops on hook.
Bpdc: insert hook around back post of next st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through both loops on hook.
Fpdc: insert hook around front post of next st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through both loops on hook.
Fptr: yo, insert hook around front post of next st, yo, pull up a loop, (yo, pull through 2 loops) twice.
Bptr: yo, insert hook around back post of next st, yo, pull up a loop, (yo, pull through 2 loops) twice.
